Meet the instructor
Joanne Gribbin
Joanne has a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Business Studies and Spanish. After working in the financial services industry for eight years, she wanted to change the direction of her life and career. She returned to college and studied Nutritional Therapy with the Institute of Health Sciences and has not looked back since. Joanne currently works with IHS in the Operations Department and as unit leader for the IHS Certificate in Personalised Sports Nutrition. She is a practicing Nutritional Therapist with LifeForce Nutrition in Navan Co. Meath seeing a wide range of clients from elite athletes to expectant mums. She also works with a local gym and many local sports clubs and teams. Joanne is currently studying for her second post-graduate Diploma in Sports & Nutrition Performance and aims to complete her Masters in the near future.
