Meet the instructor

Joanne Gribbin

Joanne has a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Business Studies and Spanish. After working in the financial services industry for eight years, she wanted to change the direction of her life and career. She returned to college to study and graduated 4 years later with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. Since then, she has continued to be a lifelong learner, completing courses in Functional Medicine, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Health & Wellness Coaching.
Joanne has completed the CISSN post-graduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Most recently she has completed a second post- graduate Diploma in Sports & Performance Nutrition through the Institute of Performance Nutrition (IOPN). 
She is a registered member of NTOI and continues to complete CPD courses in nutrition, sports nutrition and wellness.

A thought-provoking introduction to coaching. It was very well written and well structured throughout with a good blend of supporting media and additional written resources. It provides really useful tools that you can apply to your own life and to work situations straight away. If you're ready to put in the work and use the tools presented, it is a fantastic course that will help you start to make the changes you want to see in your life. I would highly recommend it.
