Juanita started her plant-based journey whilst studying Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching at the Institute of Health Sciences. She has since developed a successful plant-based business  "Little Spoons of Happiness" where she inspires individuals wishing to adopt a more plant-based diet, by taking away the overwhelm and replacing it with mouth-watering, nutritionally balanced plant-based recipes for the whole family. Juanita will be bringing that energy and passion for all things plant-based to this course and inspiring you (and your clients) to eat more plants the healthy way!!

Great course for learning about the benefits of a whole food plant based approach to nutrition. Easy ways of incorporating more whole plant foods are outlined throughout the course with plenty of videos for guidance too. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is curious about focusing more on whole plant foods as there is a lot to be learnt from the 5 units in the course!
