What This Session Is

This is a professionally facilitated peer group supervision session, designed to support reflective practice, ethical awareness, and ongoing professional development.

You will be part of a small group of coaches, engaging in structured discussion around real client work—held within a safe, focused, and professionally guided environment.

The session follows a structured, reflective format aligned with recognised supervision principles, supporting practice-based learning rather than teaching or instruction.

What This Is Not

This is not a coaching session, training, or teaching space.

It is a facilitated supervision environment focused on reflection, awareness, and professional growth—supported by peer insight and structured guidance.

This session is delivered as a professionally facilitated peer group supervision experience, aligned with current UKIHCA supervision guidelines.

A strong emphasis is placed on confidentiality, professionalism, and mutual respect to help create a safe and supportive space for honest reflection and discussion. Sessions are not recorded.

Participants are responsible for recording their own supervision activity in line with UKIHCA requirements.
